Data collected and purposes
Training area: title, name, date of birth, organisation, email, phone, address — to manage your registration, certificates and training documents (legal basis: performance of the training contract).
SphereOX Lounge: name, email, organisation — to manage your account and download access (legal basis: performance of the contract).
Contact form: name, email, message — to answer your request (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Technical logs: IP addresses in server logs, for security purposes (legitimate interest). Traffic statistics are aggregated and anonymous, without tracking cookies.
Retention periods
Training and Lounge accounts: duration of the relationship, then 3 years after last activity. Certificates: 10 years. Contact messages: 2 years. Server logs: 12 months maximum.
Recipients and hosting
Data is hosted in France by o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand, EU). It is neither sold nor shared with third parties beyond the technical providers required for the service.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: contact@tiarc.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
